Types of Therapy Support

  • One on One Therapy

Individual therapy with a faith-filled therapist provides a supportive and collaborative place for making peace in your mind, relationships, daily functioning, and in your faith.

I call myself an Integrative Therapist — meaning someone who brings different theories with wisdom.

  • Couples Counseling

By the time couples come to therapy, they’ve been in pain for a long time — sometimes they feel hopeless.

My training and experience combines the strength of well-researched strategies with deep emotional connection work.

Our sessions will encourage you to talk to each other, more than me.

  • Relationship Therapy

Most people think of therapy as one on one or for marriages. But as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m trained to help all relationships to be emotionally healthy.

Families, friendships, or anyone who is willing to come to therapy with you is welcome to do relationship therapy.

  • Group Therapy

Group therapy is an opportunity to explore your mental health and build trust in other relationships.

You will get to process emotions on specific topics, while building skills of listening and empathy with others.

When we share our stories, we heal together.

I work with people of Christian faith.

You who struggle with fear, trauma, sadness.

You who are lonely, even when surrounded by people.

You who are angry inside with no permission to express it.

You who have been betrayed, and need a place to recover.

You who feel overwhelmed and ashamed by all you have to do, and spin in circles.

Faith-filled therapy can help you experience genuine peace.
